The Pacific Crest Apartments, or just “The Crest” as the locals call it, is the place to live in downtown Encinitas. This is a wonderful upscale North San Diego County coastal neighborhood, that has something for everyone: Restaurants, The La Paloma Theater, Grocery, Banking, Live Music, places of Worship etc. It’s an active lifestyle area where people are running, surfing, cycling, paddle boarding, kite surfing, doing Yoga and Pilates, and when not doing any of those are focused on relaxing and enjoying themselves in the sun. We have 21 Two Bedroom units sitting atop the Bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and several amazing surf spots. The complex sits amongst $1m + condos, next to an overlook / dog park, and you can live here at a fraction of the cost. Built in 1960 the property has a rich history and has had several renovation projects completed in the last few years: New water pipes, new boiler, new roof, massive pool area renovation, new granite counters in the units, appliances and flooring replaced, new interior paint, and much more.
